A material which is composed of multiple layers of different materials which are joined together to form a single sheet. The component layers are bonded using adhesives. The objective of combining different materials together is to create a new material with a combination of properties not available from any single material. Often, we call bags which are made from laminated material as laminated bag or compound bag.
